30 day returns. No questions asked.
If the BrewInMotion Pro or the Frother Wand doesn't click for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fee. No "where did you buy it?" interrogation.
How it works.
- Email us at brewinmotion1@gmail.com with your order number and a one line reason. Short and honest is fine.
- We send back a prepaid return label (US orders) or a self shipping address (international).
- Drop it off at any carrier location.
- Once we receive it, we process the refund to your original payment method. Final posting time depends on your bank or card network.
What we ask.
- Original box and accessories if possible. Used is fine. It doesn't have to be pristine.
- Initiate the return within 30 days of delivery (the carrier's delivery date, not your order date).
Damaged or defective on arrival?
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We replace immediately. No return required.
The 1 year warranty.
Both the Pro and the Frother come with a 1 year warranty on the motor and battery. If something fails through normal use within the first year, we replace it. The warranty doesn't cover drops over 1.5 m, water submersion, or running the Frother with the motor dunked.
