FAQ

Everything you might want to ask before you order.

Still stuck? Email brewinmotion1@gmail.com — we get back within 24 hours.

How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 3 PM EST ship the same business day from our Utah warehouse. Standard US delivery is 3–5 business days; expedited 1–2. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 days depending on your country's customs.

Tracking is emailed to you the moment a label is printed.

Does it work with pods or ground coffee?

Both. The BrewInMotion Pro accepts standard Nespresso®-compatible capsules out of the box, and ships with a ground-coffee adapter for those who prefer a fresh-grind dose. You can switch between the two without buying anything extra.

Grind tip for ground coffee: aim for a fine espresso grind — the same setting you'd use on a home machine.

How long does the battery last?

A full charge of the internal 7,500 mAh battery pulls roughly 20+ shots before the unit needs to be plugged back in. That's enough for a week of daily commutes or a long weekend in the mountains.

Recharge over USB-C in about 90 minutes. You can also pull shots while the unit is plugged into a laptop, car port, or wall outlet — the battery is a safety net, not a requirement.

What's the warranty?

One year against defects in materials and workmanship, starting the day your order ships. Register the serial number on your unit and we'll repair or replace at no cost — no return shipping fee, no diagnostic charge.

Damage from drops above 1.5 m, immersion in water, or third-party modifications are not covered.

How do returns work?

30 days, no questions, no restocking fee. Email brewinmotion1@gmail.com and we'll send a prepaid US return label. Refund hits your card within 3–5 business days of us receiving the unit.

Use it on the trip. Decide when you're home.

Hot espresso vs iced espresso — what's the difference?

Hot espresso: 90 seconds at 199 °F, 20-bar pressure, real crema. The Pro heats water from cold every time — no preheat ritual.

Iced espresso: same machine and 20-bar pressure, pulled over ice in about 5 minutes for a chilled, full-bodied shot — no separate gear. (Note: this is fresh espresso served cold, not a 12-hour cold-brew steep.)

One unit, two ways to drink it. Switch between them with the side dial.
