When you buy something from BrewInMotion, you're agreeing to the terms below. Most of this is standard, but we wrote it so a human can read it.
Who we are.
BrewInMotion, Inc. — a US-based brand selling portable espresso equipment. Contact: brewinmotion1@gmail.com.
What you're buying.
Physical products described on this site. Specs and photos are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but minor product revisions happen — the version you receive will match the description or better.
Pricing and payment.
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise marked.
- We collect sales tax where required by law.
- Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and your card network. We don't store full card numbers.
- Promotional pricing (like the bundle discount) applies automatically when the conditions are met — no code needed.
Shipping.
Free shipping on US orders over $50. Standard shipping is 5–8 business days. International varies by country. We're not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or extreme weather.
Returns and warranty.
30-day returns with no restocking fee. 1-year warranty on the motor and battery. Full details: /pages/returns.
What we promise.
The product will work as described, and we'll fix it or refund you if it doesn't, within the warranty period.
What we don't promise.
- Specific results from using the product (e.g., that the espresso will taste exactly like your favorite café).
- Compatibility with every milk type, capsule brand, or grind setting.
- Survival of drops over 1.5 m, submersion in water, or use outside the operating instructions.
Limitation of liability.
Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid for the product. We're not liable for indirect damages like lost time or missed coffee meetings.
Disputes.
If something goes wrong, email us first — we usually fix things in one back-and-forth. Formal disputes are governed by Delaware law and arbitrated in Delaware. EU/UK consumers retain their statutory rights regardless.
Changes.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the update. Last updated: 2026-06-08.
